WHITE DRY WINE
Organic single-vineyard wine made from grapes of the Greek variety Malagouzia.

Vineyard: Mavrangelos 13-17% slope near Meteora Rocks at 280m/919ft altitude.

Soil: Calcareous clay Subsoil: Slate

Mesoclimate: Continental with a balancing influence of Pindos Mountains and Pineios River. Characterized by rainy cold winters, sunny, hot and dry summers and high diurnal temperature range.

Yield: 28hL/ha

Harvest:
2nd week of August

Vinification:
Prefermentative maceration for 6-8 hours and pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tank and oak casks. Aging on the lees for 40 days.

Tasting notes: Wine with bright lemon-green color, aromas of bergamot and grapefruit, floral of lemon blossoms and hints of lemon verbena. On the palate, it is round with zesty acidity and long mineral finish.

Goes with: Fish, seafood and white meat.

Aging potential:
Keep for 1-5 years
