Organic vintage sparkling wine from grapes of the Greek variety Malagouzia.

Harvest: 2nd- 3rd week of August

Vinification: Prefermentative maceration for 6-8 hours and gentle pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel Charmat tanks and aging on the lees for 18 months.

Tasting notes: Bright lemon-green color with, fruity aromas of lemon and bergamot and herbal notes of lemon verbena. On the palate, it is expressive with creamy bubbles, lime zest and brioche flavors and roasted-almonds aftertaste.

Goes with: Fish, seafood and finger food.

Aging potential: Keep for 2-7 years
