Made from organically grown grapes of the Greek varieties Malagouzia and Assyrtiko.
Prefermentative maceration, alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in French oak barriques of 225L and then aging for 6 months offer a wine with concentrated lemon-green color and fruity aromas of ripe pineapple, apricot and lemon, sweet aromas of biscuit and vanilla and spicy aromas of white pepper, nutmeg and dried mint. On the palate, it is characterized by high acidity, rich body, spicy flavors, minerality and long complex finish.
Paired well with oily fish and shellfish, white and tender red meat as well as dishes with creamy sauces.
