Made from organically grown grapes of the cosmopolitan variety Syrah.
Controlled fermentation and aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months give the wine an opaque purple color with violet highlights, fruity aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cranberry, spicy aromas of black pepper, liquorice, vanilla, sandalwood and sweet aromas of dark chocolate and coffee. On the palate it has full and oily body, balanced acidity, rich velvet tannins with predominant flavors of black fruits and spices and a long complex finish.
Paired well with red meat, rich aged cheese and dark chocolate desserts.
